Betadine Gargle & Mouth is a broad spectrum germicidal gargle & it provides soothing relief of dryness or minor irritation of mouth & throat. Betadine Sore Throat Gargle is a concentrated formula that requires dilution, and contains both antiviral and antibacterial agents to treat a sore throat. A sore throat may be due to a number of causes including smoking, allergic reactions and other factors. Most commonly though, they are due to a bacterial or viral infection. Betadine sore throat gargle kills most bacteria and viruses implicated in sore throat (pharyngitis) within 30 seconds and may be used as an aid in the treatment of such an infected sore throat.

- Mouthwash contains: Povidone Iodine 1% W/V
- Use full strenght as a gargle or a mouth wash. May be diluted with an equal volume of warm water. Gargle or rinse for at least a minute. Repeat every 2 to 4 hours or as directed.
- For minor irritation of mouth & throat. Relief & prevention of painful infection as in pharyngitis, oral candidadis, tonsillitis, aphthous ulcers, stomatitis,gingivitis, inflammatory conditions of mouth & pharynx. Routine use to promote oral hygiene
